This article is a guide for how can the Branch Coordinator add a Staff using Classroom App.
In this guide, we will learn to add a Staff as a Branch Coordinator using Bitsmith Classroom app.
Note: This feature can only be accessed by using the Branch Coordinator’s access.
Kindly, install Bitsmith Classroom app or your institute’s classroom app on your device. Make sure that you have Branch Coordinator’s access.
Step 1 — Enter Respective Access Of Given Classroom
As here we are using Branch Coordinator’s access. Login using your respective credentials. Click on the name of your Institute. Here our institute’s name is SKNCOE, Vadgaon.
Step 2 — Click On “Staffs”
After clicking on it, you’ll be able to view an “+ Add” button in your bottom right.
Step 3 — Click On “+ Add”
After clicking on “+Add”, fill the details asked. In the Create Staff for section, select the type of subject; Theory, Practical or Elective. Next, type the name of the staff you wish to add. And as soon as you put the staff’s name, you’ll get the username beside it. Then, type the subject name. After this, click on “+ Add” to confirm. Tap ‘Yes” to confirm.
