This article is a guide for how an HOD’s Assistant can use Classroom App.
In this guide, we will learn how to give Assistant access to respective staff on Bitsmith Classroom app.
Prerequisites
Kindly, install Bitsmith Classroom app or your institute’s classroom app on your device. Make sure that you have a hod access.
Step 1 — Enter HOD Access Of Given Classroom
You can see your Department . Select that department. You will be able to view different options including Classrooms, Notices, Feedbacks, etc.
Step 2 — Choose Assistants & Tap on ‘Add’
After clicking on Assistants, you will be able to locate Add at the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on it. When assistants are added, you will be able to see them here.
Step 3 — Enter the username & Add
This is the final step of adding assistants. Enter the username of the staff to whom you want to give HOD Assistance access. If you just start typing the username you will get list of all users with similar username. Select the username of that staff and then Tap on Add.
Once you tap on Add, that staff is provided with HOD Assistance access. Assistances can access all the options and data that an HOD can access i.e. Classrooms, Feedbacks, Profiler, etc.
