How To Update Staff Information Using Web Portal?

This article is based on learning to update Staff Information using the web portal.

Prerequisites

 

Make sure you are logged in to your college’s web portal. Click here for a list of college web portal links.

Step 1 — Choose Staff Profiler


After logging in, go to your staff access. You will see an option of More with 3 vertical dots on your top right. Click on it. Then, click on My Staff Profile.

Step 2 — Click on Edit Information


After opening Staff Profile, you will be able to view your profile named as My Staff Profile. Refer to a sample image below. This is how your profile look like:

Step 3 — Tap On Edit Information


After step 2, you will see a blue colored named button of Edit Information. Click on it to add/update all your information: Full name, Gender, DOB, Mobile Number, Email address, Home address, etc. Press submit/update button after you’re done.
