This article is based on, how a student can access the features of Classroom App. In this guide, we will learn how to use the features of Bitsmith Classroom as a student.
Prerequisites
Kindly have Bitsmith Classroom app or your institute’s classroom app installed on your device. Make sure that you are having a Student access or credentials.
Step 1 – Enter Respective Access
After logging in using your respective credentials. Click on your class/division. You’ll be able to view the home page of Student access.
Step 2 – Observe all tabs & use them as per your requirement.
Here, you’ll be able to view the tabs like, Assignments, Attendance, Lectures, Notices, Results, Materials, Feedback.
Share your feedback about your teachers using the Feedbacks option. Just click on the Feedbacks option. Pick the required feedback. Choose the subject and then you’ll get a feedback form. Fill it and click on submit when done.
In Assignments, you’ll be able to upload your assignments, with due date, & the color codes will indicate the status of your submissions. Click on the subject of which you want to upload the assignments. Select the assignment and submit it
In Attendance section, click on Attendances and select the subject you want to check the attendance of. Now, you will be able to view your attendance percentile date-wise along with sign of P, i.e. present and A, i.e. absent.
In Lectures section, you’ll be notified whenever a lecture is scheduled/ended. If it’s scheduled, you will get the notification to join the lecture. Click on “join” tab to join the lecture.
Similarly, with Notices & Materials, you’ll be notified whenever it’s uploaded. Just click on “Materials” and then on the subject to see the material.
Check your Results privately. You’ll be notified when a teacher uploads your result, your result will only be visible to you and your teachers. If you’re passed, it’ll show as PASS and if you fail, it’ll be shown as FAIL. Marks and percentage will also be mentioned along with date of test, as shown below.
