This article is a guide on how to update your MS Teams name in the Classroom App.
Note: This feature will only be accessed by a Student using Student Access.
Prerequisites
Kindly install Bitsmith Classroom app or your institute’s classroom app on your device.
Step 1 — Get your MS Teams Name
Login in MS Teams and click on Activity. Refer to the below images for reference. For example, here the MS Teams name is 442_Coloumb.
Step 2 — Choose Student Access
After logging in using your respective credentials. Click on your class/division. Then you’ll be able to view the home page of Student access.
Step 3 — Click On Information
After clicking on Information, you’ll be directed to the Student Information section. Click on Basic information to get on updating your MS Teams name.
Step 4 – Click on Update Information
Type your MS teams name in Microsoft Teams Name field and press the Done icon on the bottom right corner.
