This article is for viewing, approving/rejecting submissions of already created assignments on Classroom App.
In this guide, we will learn how to approve and reject already created assignments using Bitsmith Classroom app.
Prerequisites
Kindly intsall Bitsmith Classroom app or your institute’s classroom app on your device. Make sure that you have a staff access.
Step 1 — Enter Staff Access Of Given Classroom
You can see list of staff accesses for the various classrooms you belong to. Select the access in which you want to check submissions of created assignment. You will see different options including attendance, assignment, notice, lecture, etc.
Step 2 — Choose Assignments & Tap on any Assignment From That List
After opening Assignments, you will see a list of assignments. Tap on a particular assignment to check its submission details.
Step 3 — Tap on ‘Submissions’
Once you tap on the assignment, you will be able to view its details and a Submissions button at bottom. Tap on Submissions button to check all the Submissions done for that particular assignment.
Step 4 — Approve/Reject Submissions
In submissions, you can see different tabs i.e. All, Unapproved, Approved, etc. In the All tab, you can see all the submissions of that assignment. With the help of Color Code you can figure out the status of a particular student. If a Student has submitted his/her assignment and you have not checked it, you can see a Blue Color besides that student’s name. Just Tap on that name and you will able to check his/her submission. Then you can accordingly approve or reject the submission.
When you check any submission, students will be sent a notification. This will let them know about the status of their submission whether it’s approved or rejected by the staff/teacher. You can see list of all the approved and rejected submissions in different tabs on Submissions Page.
