In this guide, we will learn to access contact details of any student/parent using Bitsmith Classroom through Class Teacher access. You can use Students option to view list of all the students of a class.
Prerequisites
Kindly have Bitsmith Classroom app or your institute’s classroom app installed on your device. Make sure that you are having a Class Teacher access.
Step 1 — Enter Class Teacher Access
You can see Class Teacher access for your Institute. Select the access. You will see different options including Attendances, Notices, Materials, Students, etc.
Step 2 — Choose Students
After opening Students, you will see a list of all the students of your class. Tap on the required student’s name. You will see different options including Information, Attendance, Assignments and Results.
Step 3 — Choose Information
This is the final step for viewing contact details of any student/parent. Here Basic Information, Parent Information, Addresses and Local Guardian Information of a student will be available.
After you publish a notice, students will receive a notification about the same. You can also view them using the Notices Page.
